This is to document my experience of Mr. Kevin Garza over the past 8 to 10 years as a business person and the plumbing person responsible for maintaining the plumbing in my rental properties.

I have owned rental property since 1963. I have hired many tradesman. I'm a registered professional engineer, self employed, and have some understanding of plumbing and mechanical systems in buildings. Without any reservation I can say that Mr. Garza is among the very best people I've worked with in business and certainly he is among the very best plumbers. He has the experience and know-how, all the tools and supplies in his truck and a strong work ethic. He arrives, sizes up the situation and goes right to work to remedy the problem correctly. He has plumbing experience like a 747 pilot has flying. I believe he has seen and done most plumbing maintenance tasks several times over. His charges are reasonable and fair. I've never had any charge or work dispute.

I am pleased to recommend Mr. Kevin Garza as a person and a plumber.

Yesterday, a Sunday, an emergency type of plumbing problem arose so we had to turn the water off. You can't imagine the inconvenience when you do not have running water in the home.

This weekend being the 4th of July and a 4 day holiday weekend we had our reservations on finding a good and reputable plumber. We located San Jose Plumbing in the yellow pages and my wife called them. About an hour later one of your service men came to our door. He was friendly, courteous and spotted the trouble immediately. He outlined to us what needed to be done, what parts needed to be replaced, how long the job would take and a firm cost. He was fast and efficient. He did a wonderful job and cleaned up before he left.

We enjoyed talking with Adam and his expertise. Adam is a superb representative of your firm. Should we need your services in the future, we shall be sure to contact your company.
